Kylie Jenner earned the top spot on Forbes’ World’s Highest-Paid Celebrities — its ‘Celebrity 100 List,’ despite the prior report that Forbes removed her from its ‘Billionaires’ list. 

Jenner is the 2020 top-earning celebrity — and earned $590 million in 2019. Kanye West is number two — but it’s not a close second with West’s total at $170 million. 

The majority of Jenner’s earnings, predictably, were from Coty’s purchase of 51% of Kylie Cosmetics. 

Jenner’s “real-time net worth” is $900 million, Forbes reports. She retains creative control of Kylie Cosmetics, and stars on the family’s reality show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

Jenner is 22 years old. She tells Forbes, “It’s the power of social media. I had such a strong reach before I was able to start anything.” On Instagram, Jenner has 180 million followers on her personal IG; 24.2 million on Kylie Cosmetics; and 3.7 million on the new Kylie Skin. 

The next celeb on the list with a beauty-related fortune is Kim Kardashian at #48, earning the majority of her $49.5 million from her cosmetics and fragrance company, KKW Beauty. The company generated $100 million in 2019, according to Forbes.
